Corimec: Code of Ethics


	Code of Ethics CORIMEC Italiana SpA has always founded the exercise of its business activities on sound ethical principles which have ensured the national and international appreciation of its undisputed reputation owing to the moral integrity and transparency towards all Stakeholders. In order to consolidate the fundamental ethical principles to which the Company intends to strictly inspire its business relations, the Code of Ethics has recently been updated and the new version has been adopted by the Board of Directors on 11 February, 2008. The new Code of Ethics has been adapted to the most current market requirements and to the Company’s specific experience in the last years. It better identifies the essential values, the standards and guidelines to be observed by CORIMEC Italiana Spa in its relations with all its Stakeholders. It defines the essential principles binding all those operating with or on behalf of the Company in their relations with colleagues, clients, suppliers, consultants, advisors, public authorities and any party in general. In order to establish or continue positive business relations or cooperation, CORIMEC Italiana SpA will consider essential the respect of the fundamental ethical principles set forth in its Code of Ethics by their Stakeholders.
